high performance fragrance delivery systems
- AromaGel®:
a comprehensive line including oil-based and water-based fragrance
gel matrixes for every controlled-release fragrance application.
All our AromaGel technologies are environmentally compliant
and formulated for your custom application.

- MetaGel™: a
patented air freshener gel matrix that contains up to 85% active
fragrance. MetaGel products are manufactured without the use of
heat, eliminating fragrance loss during manufacturing and packaging.
They are also thermoset gels that will not melt, making them perfect
for applications like auto air fresheners where temperatures can
reach 160°F. This technology is currently used by some of the
world’s leading manufacturers of fragranced products under a special
licensing agreement with Agilex.
- BiMetal™:
a patented air freshener delivery system that utilizes a temperature-sensitive
device to control the opening and closing of an air freshener
container. This cost efficient active system provides more uniform
fragrance release rates regardless of temperature. When combined
with MetaGel, BiMetal is perfect for auto air freshener applications
where temperatures can vary greatly.

- AromaReed™:
a home fragrance that is both decorative and highly effective.
Reed diffusers are quickly becoming the new performance standard
for home environmental fragrance delivery and Agilex is an industry
leader in this category. AromaReed consists of specially formulated
proprietary fragrances which provide maximum capillary action.
The fragrance wicks up through the reeds, providing excellent
evaporation and fragrance strength. Our fragrance eliminates the
need to flip the reeds and provides linear fragrance performance
up to 180 days.

- ThermoClear™:
a thermoplastic air freshener that is a unique polyamide composition
containing a high percentage of fragrance. These clear systems
contain up to 80% fragrance loading with a melting point of 120-130ºF.

- AromaPoly® Series:
a line of fragrance polymer concentrates in which fragrance oils
are encapsulated in a multi-component polymer alloy. These products
are available in bead form with active fragrance loads ranging
from 15% to 45%. They can be utilized in their current form or
downloaded for use in injection or extrusion molding. Specific
formulations compatible with the following polymers are available:
PE, PP, PVC and EVA. Manufacturers have found AromaPoly is ideal
for a wide range of products that include auto air fresheners,
toys, household products, trash bags, personal care products,
medical supplies, consumer goods, and more.

- AromaPuffs®:
a foamed fragrance polymer bead technology designed as a finished
product for use as an air freshener, simmering potpourri and
fragrance sachet applications. A wide variety of fragrance types
and colors are available.
- Solid Spray™:
A thixotropic spray technology that appears solid, but sprays
in a fine mist when dispensed from a pump spray bottle. This
technology can be used in most water-based formulas for personal
care, sunscreen, insect repellent or functional applications.
- VanillaWhite™:
a patent-pending fragrance additive for use in aqueous products
when discoloration and odor degradation occur through the addition
of a fragrance containing vanilla or certain spice ingredients.
This technology has proven effective in soaps, shampoos, lotions,
air fresheners, gels, cosmetics and cleaning products.

Candle Technologies
- AromaSuspension™:
a patented innovation that combines clear candle wax technology
with paraffin or natural vegetable waxes. Botanicals and flammable
objects can be suspended in a layer of clear, high-melt material
with an integral flame retardant, eliminating the need for a
physical barrier.
- AromaPearl®:
a unique combination of two patented technologies that result
in a clear candle with a rich, pearl finish that provides
uniquely aesthetic appeal.
- AromaCrystal®:
an innovative line of all natural candle wax with a distinctive
crystalline appearance. AromaCrystal waxes are all vegetable
based; paraffin and petroleum hydrocarbon-free, and feature
the ability to hold up to 25% fragrance.

- Neutrex® Odor
Concentrates: ideal for neutralizing unpleasant malodors that
may result from environmental conditions, manufacturing operations
or odorous active ingredients.
- SensiTech™:
fragrances that combine aesthetic performance of the Agilex fragrances
and the odor counteraction properties of Neutrex Odor Concentrates.

- Treasaires®:
macro-encapsulated water-based gel crystals that can be used as
a simmering crystal potpourri, insect repellant, concentrated
static auto freshener and other applications; contains fragrance
levels as high as 6% and shrinks to provide an excellent use indicator.
